Students are nominated
Campus leaders determine nomination criteria. Students choose whether to enroll.

Members learn and practice
Orientation, Leadership Training Day, three Speaker Broadcasts, and three Success Networking Team meetings build a shared experience.

Completion earns induction
Members complete the five-step journey, culminating in induction. The coursework takes roughly ten hours, typically over one semester.
