Orientation
Members start by setting goals and learning how the program builds toward them.
Leadership Training Day
A foundational session on core leadership skills members carry through the program and beyond.
Success Networking Teams
Small peer groups (SNTs) meet to set objectives, hold each other accountable, and turn big goals into steps.
Speaker Broadcasts
Members learn from nationally recognized speakers — like Adam Grant and Daymond John — on leadership and career.
Induction
Members who complete the steps are inducted, earning a credential recognized by employers and graduate programs.
